Accessibility statement
Parcel Diligence aims to provide a usable experience for people with disabilities and targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Our approach
We design for keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, labeled forms, clear headings, touch-friendly controls, reduced motion, responsive layouts, and browser zoom. We test the main paths for parcel screening, account access, purchasing, document submission, and report access.

If any part of the service is difficult to use, email support@ryzetx.com. Include the page, task, and preferred way to respond. We normally acknowledge requests within one business day and can provide reasonable assistance or an alternative format.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is reviewed alongside product changes. Some third-party services, including payment and sign-in experiences, are operated by their respective providers; we still want to hear about barriers in those flows.
